If you notice an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately. If the order has not yet entered production or been shipped, you may request a cancellation and place a new order with the correct address; however, approval is subject to order status and processing timelines. Once an order has been dispatched, the delivery address cannot be changed. In such cases, return shipping costs and applicable restocking fees will apply in accordance with our return policy.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused and unworn items with original tags, subject to approval and a valid reason for return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and a 10% restocking fee applies. Custom embroidered items, sale items, and gift cards are final sale, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
