Return Policy for Custom and Embroidered Products
We are happy to offer returns within 30 days, provided there is a reasonable reason for the return. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping label and there is a 10% of restocking fee. We cannot accept returns on items that have been worn or do not have their original tags.
If there is an issue with the embroidery design or any other aspect of your product, please don't hesitate to reach out. We make every effort to ensure our products are as accurate as possible. All designs in our catalog clearly show how the actual embroidered design will appear on the garment. While slight color variations may occur due to lighting and camera settings during our photoshoots, the final product will closely match the visual representation on the website.
Custom-Made Products: We do not accept returns on custom products. Before production, we will send you a design for approval. Once you sign off on the custom design, production will proceed, and no further changes will be made. Any changes requested after the design has been approved will be treated as a new order and will be charged accordingly.
If there is an issue, such as a spelling mistake or a design that differs from what was approved, please contact us immediately, and we will be happy to resolve the issue.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom embroidered products, sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, the refund label and restocking fees will be deducted from the refund amount and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
